Tabimóvil® Acustiflex Series

Mobile partition Acustiflex model of Tabiques móviles, S.L. composed of sandwich panels from 110mm to 135 mm thick, formed by double chipboard or MDF of 16 or 19mm with rock wool of 60mm and 70kg/m3 in the chamber and asphalt sheet of 3kg/m2 on the inner side. The modules are joined together by means of tongue and groove aluminum profiles with magnetic and rubber gaskets that guarantee adherence. The partition wall is adjusted against the floor by means of a telescopic base with a 4mm neoprene gasket and is sealed against the guide by means of a rubber gasket. The adjustment with the vertical faces is made by means of a special fixed docking piece and a lateral telescopic mechanism with a 10mm rubber band. The system achieves three certified insulation grades: 44dB, 46dB and 51dB.
